‘Safe(r) bodies' with Vasilia Sofroniou and Kai Hazelhood  2026

Through creative activities, we sketched/wrote about a familiar night-time or transport route and  considered how our bodies move through space and the thoughts that arise along the way. This helped us to recognise and share the many strategies we have developed to try to make ourselves feel safe as FLINTA's in public space.

'Rethinking Masculinities' at Utrecht University (WBW) 2025

Through a feminist lens, we invited participants to think critically about the societal norms shaping masculinity, acknowledging the effects of patriarchal masculinity on women, trans and gender-diverse people, as well as its intersections with other systems of power. We also asked: How does patriarchy affect cis men, and how can involving them in these conversations contribute to preventing gender-based violence (GBV)?

‘It’s a Feeling 2' by Pensive Vivifier

 Frascati theater  2025

'It is a portrait of Silva what it feels like to be her, from the inside out. A performance about girls who feel everything and are told they are too much. About parents who love you but don’t know how to hold on to you. About getting angry and wanting to apologize at the same time. About how a body remembers what the mind has forgotten. Everything is real, even when it’s imagined.’

'Burn out workshop' - WIQD 2024

For the Women In Quantum Development (WIQD) symposium. WIQD's mission is to bring together women and other gender minorities in the quantum field to support, network and develop the community.

We explored burn out from a psychosocial and political perspective, which led us to talk about power dynamics in the workplace, individual/collective responsibilities and to reflect on how to take care of ourselves in order to avoid burn out.
